MUSHROOM GIANT "Owls" launch

Australia's premier Post-Prog Instrumental band, Mushroom Giant, is celebrating the launch of their new song with a headlining performance at the Bendigo Hotel in Collingwood, Melbourne (Aus) on FRI FEB 11.

"Owls" is a 9-minute journey through a night in the southern Australian rainforest where fear, awe, revelation and manifestation come creeping up on you in the moonlit darkness – and only the owls can see where you've come from, and where you are heading.

Joining the lineup is Kraut-laden psych jam band BROWN SPIRITS (featuring members of Legends of Motorsport and The Go Set), heavy alternative rock from STEALING MOSS (featuring members of Bushido and Sons of Abraham), and heavy math rock from BODIES ON THE MOUNTAIN (featuring members of Superheist and Crying Sirens).

"Owls" is song 5 on Mushroom Giant's "IN A FOREST" album, which is due out on vinyl in August 2022.
