Through The Fire and James

On 7th August, Melbourne lost a true scene legend far too soon. James Papuga was the heart and soul of the Melbourne Metal Scene and his sudden departure from this realm will be forever felt in band rooms, bars and night clubs forever. His flame may have burned out, but he will never fade away from our memories.

We invite you to gather at the Bendi on Wednesay 31st August for an evening to remember our fallen brother in the best way we could pay tribute to him: through metal thrashing music! Jumping aboard for this memorial gig will be Rawtism and Nembutolik who will pay tribute to everything that James loved about our community.

Doors From 7 - Tickets on the door for $10.

All proceeds from door sales will go to Giant Steps, a charity that was very close to James' heart. There will also be a charity box to donate to this amazing cause.
